Just head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. You'll see your block list.
Go to Facebook settings, click on 'Blocking,' and you'll see a list of everyone you've blocked. Easy peasy!
I once had to unblock a friend and found the Blocking section under Settings. It's where all the blocked users are listed. Simple as that!
