How Do I Fix My PS4?
RatingLink路7 months agoFirst, try turning it off and on again! Seriously, you'd be surprised how often that works. If not, check if the power supply is secure and make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected. Sometimes a hard reset (holding the power button for 7-10 seconds until it beeps twice) helps.

Try entering Safe Mode by holding the power button until you hear two beeps, then selecting options like Rebuild Database or Update System Software. These can resolve a lot of issues without losing your data.
Overheating can be a common problem. Clean dust out of the vents using compressed air. Make sure it has good ventilation and isn't crammed in an entertainment unit.
Just chuck it out the window and buy a PS5! Kidding... sort of.
If it's still under warranty, contact Sony's customer support for repair or replacement options. They're usually pretty helpful and can guide you through specific troubleshooting steps.
