First, make sure the disc is clean and free from scratches. You'd be surprised how often a simple wipe solves the issue. If it's still not working, try rebuilding the database: boot the PS5 in Safe Mode by holding the power button until you hear the second beep, then choose 'Rebuild Database'.
Had a similar issue, and a system update fixed it! Check for any firmware updates, they might have a fix.
Some discs might just be faulty. Test another disc to see if the problem continues. If other discs work, it鈥檚 likely an issue with the specific disc.
