Just buy one, dude. Save up your in-game dollars and purchase a hangar. Once you own a hangar, you can buy jets like you're shopping for groceries. It's pricey but hey, who said being a high-flyer was cheap?

lol, just cheat. Use the vehicle spawn cheat if you're not into playing by the rules. Not the noblest path, but definitely the fastest.
