To get a refund on a PlayStation game, head over to the PlayStation Store website and use the 'Refund Request' form within 14 days of purchase. Just make sure you haven’t started downloading or streaming it!

In my experience, going to PlayStation's official support page and chatting with a representative about your refund worked like a charm. Just be sure you haven't actually started downloading the game and are within the 14-day period.
