Just grind the story mode and PvP battles. The game will throw equipment at you faster than Goku can eat a bowl of ramen.
You can get equipment in Dragon Ball Legends by completing missions and events, summoning in the Ultra Space-Time Summon, or exchanging Zeni and medals in the Exchange Shop. Sometimes, equipment drops from Story Mode and you can also get it from PvP rewards. So, keep fighting and collecting!
