Just hit the 'Summon Mount' button on your controller or keyboard. For PlayStation, it's the Triangle button, on Xbox, it's Y, and on PC, check your key bindings to see what you've set it to. Make sure you've already got your broom by completing the 'Flying Lesson' quest!
