Had this issue myself last week! I just selected 'Rebuild Database' from the Safe Mode menu and it worked like a charm. Easy peasy!

First, try restarting your PlayStation by selecting the Restart PS4/PS5 option in the Safe Mode menu. That usually does the trick!

Make sure your controller is connected via USB. Then, choose the 'Restart System' or 'Restore Default Settings' option to get things running normally.

If nothing else works, you might need to update the system software via USB. Check the PlayStation website for the latest firmware and instructions.

Honestly, sometimes you just need to unplug it for a couple of minutes and try again. Magic of tech fixes!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
