If you've forgotten your PlayStation password, go to the PlayStation login page and click on 'Trouble Signing In?'. Follow the prompts to reset your password through your email.

Just head over to the PlayStation website and use the 'Forgot My Password' option. You'll get an email to reset it. Done and done.
