You can get new weapons in Warframe by crafting them in the Foundry. Gather blueprints from the Market or as drops from missions, then collect the necessary resources and wait for the crafting timer to finish!

Join a clan! Clan Dojos often have unique weapon blueprints you can't get elsewhere, plus clanmates are usually down to help you farm resources to build them.
Buy 'em! Head to the Market and you can directly purchase weapons with Platinum if ya got the cash to spare.
Just find the parts on missions and craft! Blueprints drop from bosses, alerts, or even relics. Check the codex for drop locations. Easy peasy!
