Just place some fences around the areas where the foxes usually appear. They can't jump over those!

Foxes can be a bit cheeky, but if you keep your pets fed and happy, they usually keep the foxes away.

Honestly, why bother? Foxes are cute and they don't really harm anything on your farm!

Have you tried moving some buildings around? Sometimes rearranging your farm can prevent foxes from showing up.
