You can only get rid of Frustration on Shadow Pokémon during specific events where Niantic allows it. So, be patient and stay updated with events!

To remove Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon in Pokémon GO, you need to use a Charged TM during special events where this is allowed. Keep an eye out for announcements!

You gotta wait until an event allows you to use a Charged TM—no other way to nix that Frustration!

Wait for special events to use Charged TM on Shadow Pokémon to remove Frustration. No shortcuts here, gotta play the waiting game!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
