Getting rid of Pals in Palworld is straightforward! Just open your inventory, select the Pal you want to say bye to, and you'll see an option to release them back into the wild. Make sure you're totally sure though; once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Honestly, why would you want to get rid of your Pals? Each one is unique and can help you out in different ways. I'd say think twice before letting any of them go.
