If you have a soldier in a bad spot, use medkits. They should be in every squad anyways!

Carry a medikit into battle and use it to heal any poisoned soldier. Problem solved!

Use a medikit! Medkits cure poison instantly, and you can equip them on your soldiers before the mission.

Just wait it out if you have to. Sometimes it's better to save that medikit for more critical injuries!
