It's all about practice! Keep using your skills, and once a skill hits level 7, you'll see those stars. Happy surviving!
In State of Decay 2, you get stars (skill specializations) by maxing out a character's base skill, like Cardio or Wits, and then selecting one of the available specializations. Time to turn those rookies into experts!
Just max out your character's skills to level 7 and choose a specialization. Trust me, my characters are star-studded veterans now.
