To get the Headmistress' office in Fallout 76, you'll need to progress in the game until you reach a specific quest that grants access. It's not something you stumble upon by just wandering the wasteland. Keep completing quests, and pay attention to the storyline related to the schools or institutions in the game. It's a bit of a journey, but totally worth it for the loot and the lore!

Just keep playing through the main missions and side quests. The game guides you through everything you need, so you can't really miss it unless you're specifically trying to.

Honestly, don't sweat it too much. Focus on enjoying the exploration and the quests, and you'll get there when the game decides you're ready. It's more about the journey than the destination in Fallout 76.
