Age verification is a must! Once you're verified, just switch it on in the Privacy settings.
You need to be 13+ and verify your age. After that, go to your settings, find the privacy tab, and flip the switch for voice chat.
Trust me, from personal experience: make sure your mic works and your age is verified. Then just hop into 'Settings' and activate it under 'Privacy'. Easy peasy!
