You need to be in the Third Sea, defeat 5 elite enemies, and use the Envy Essence at the Yama Altar in Haunted Castle. A bit of a grind, but worth it!
I had to grind a lot and fight several elite enemies before I finally got my hands on the Yama sword. Totally worth it though!
