Offline mode is only for Premium users. Download your music first, then flip the 'Offline Mode' switch in settings.
If you have Spotify Premium, just go to 'Settings', switch on 'Offline Mode' and boom, you're off the grid!
Hit the settings gear icon, find 'Playback', and toggle 'Offline'. Easy-peasy!
You need Spotify Premium for offline mode. Open settings, and turn on 'Offline Mode' under 'Playback'.
