Hey there, to get to the Third Sea in Blox Fruits, reach level 1500, then go talk to the NPC King Red Head in the Second Sea. He'll give you a quest to defeat Rip_indra and upon completion, you'll get teleported to the Third Sea!

You gotta hit level 1500 first. Then, find King Red Head in the Second Sea, do the quest from him, and boom, you'll be in the Third Sea!
Just get to level 1500 and talk to King Red Head. Easy peasy.
