Just press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Then, unplug the power cable for a few minutes before plugging it back in and restarting the console.

You can also go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Choose the option that fits your needs. Easy peasy!
