How do I harvest Pherliac Pods from Juggernauts in Warframe?
To harvest Pherliac Pods, find a Juggernaut by making lots of noise during an Infestation mission and annoy it enough to get its attention. Then, simply take it out and collect the pods it drops!

I had to do multiple Infested Defense missions to get a Juggernaut to spawn. Once you take it down, it'll drop the Pherliac Pods.
Run Infestation missions, cause a ruckus to spawn a Juggernaut, and then defeat it. The pods will drop from its defeated carcass.
Just farm Juggernauts in Infested missions and boom, pods for days!
