You can hide your photos by changing the privacy settings. Go to each album or individual photo, click the audience selector (usually looks like a globe or silhouette of people), and choose 'Only Me'. This way, only you can see it!
Just change all your albums and photos to 'Only Me' in the privacy settings. You'll be the sole viewer of your photo gallery!
