Bro, hit up the 'Who can look you up' option under Privacy Settings and set everything to 'Friends' or 'Only Me.' Simple as that!
Just deactivate your account if you're looking for a full disappearing act. Nobody will find you, but you can come back anytime!
There isn't a way to hide it totally, but you can control who sees it by changing your privacy settings. Go to Settings & Privacy/Privacy Settings and lock it all down.
