First off, if you have the Facebook app, you're halfway there! Just tap the little shop icon at the bottom, and boom, you're in Marketplace. If you're using a browser, just go to Facebook.com and click on 'Marketplace' from the menu on the left! No separate app installation needed!

No need to install Marketplace. It's part of Facebook, unless you're using a really old version of the app.
