Honestly, the whole process feels a bit too complicated. I miss the simpler times when visiting friends in video games was just a matter of a quick invite. But yeah, Dodo Code it is.

Inviting someone to your island in Animal Crossing is pretty easy and fun! First, head to the airport and talk to Orville at the desk. You'll have the option to open your gates for visitors. You can choose to invite friends you've added on your Nintendo Switch, or you can generate a Dodo Code to share with anyone, even if you aren't friends on Nintendo. Just share the Dodo Code with the person you want to invite, and they can come visit your island paradise!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
