Had this issue myself. Just log into your account on the PlayStation website, then go to 'Subscription Management.' You can remove any accounts from your PS Plus subscription.

Easy peasy! Just go to the PlayStation's account management settings, navigate to 'Subscription' and find the PS Plus subscription. From there, you can manage the users who have access.
