Honestly, just look at the back of your card. If it's a first edition or has a holographic finish, you might be sitting on a goldmine. But remember, not every shiny card is valuable. Some are just shiny.

Most cards aren't worth much. It's the rare, limited edition ones you gotta look out for. Check for rarity symbols and condition. If in doubt, there are plenty of Pokemon TCG forums where collectors share their knowledge and might help you out!

Knowing if your Pokemon cards are worth anything is pretty easy and fun! Start by checking out the rarity symbol on the card, which you'll find at the bottom right corner. Rare cards have little symbols like stars or diamonds that can clue you in. Condition matters a lot too – a mint condition card is worth way more. Don't forget to look up recent sales of the same card on eBay or use dedicated Pokemon card value websites. They update values based on what people are actually paying, so it's super up-to-date.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
