First, log in to your Ubisoft account on a PC or mobile browser. Then, go to the Account Information section and click on the 'Linked Accounts' tab. Select 'PlayStation Network', and follow the prompts to link your accounts. Enjoy your games!

Just use the Ubisoft website. Login and find the 'Linked Accounts' section. Connect to PSN there.

Do it through the settings in any Ubisoft game on your PlayStation. Normally in the main menu, there's an option to link accounts. That's how I did it for Assassin's Creed.
