Go to Settings on your Roku device, then select System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset. This will log you out and erase all your data, so be sure to set it up fresh again!
You can't exactly 'log out' of Roku like a typical app, but a factory reset does the job! Just beware, it'll nuke your settings too.
Personal experience tip: don't forget to re-link your favorite channels after logging back in. Nothing worse than forgetting which email you used for Netflix!
