Actually, I found that pairing Dwellers with high Charisma stats together in the Living Quarters works faster for making babies. Personal experience!
Making babies in Fallout Shelter is pretty straightforward but remember, it's a family-friendly game! First, you gotta make sure you have both a male and female Dweller in your vault - diversity is the key here. Then, you build yourself a nice Living Quarters, or upgrade it if you've already got one. Drag one of your male Dwellers over to the Living Quarters and then do the same with a female Dweller. Give them some time to chat and get to know each other, and if they hit it off, they'll run into the back room, and a little while later, you'll see the female Dweller is pregnant. And voila, that's how the magic happens! Just remember, it takes a few hours for the baby to be born, and then some time for them to grow up into productive Vault members. It's all about patience and good Dweller management!
