Go to your Facebook settings, click on 'Privacy,' and change the 'Who can look you up using the email address you provided?' and 'Who can look you up using the phone number you provided?' options to 'Friends' or 'Only me'.
Easy fix: just change all your privacy settings to 'Only me' wherever possible. You're basically a digital ninja now.
Been there! I've set everything to 'Only me' under the Privacy settings, and I also made sure to limit past posts. Now, it's like I'm not even there!
Honestly, if you don't want anyone to find you, maybe consider not having a Facebook account at all. Just saying.
