You can make your profile public by going to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy, and then adjusting 'Who can see your future posts?' to 'Public.' Don't forget to change the audience for individual sections like your photos and info!
Keep in mind: Making your profile public means anyone can see it. Just go to your settings and change your audience to 'Public'!
I made mine public by adjusting each segment like 'Friends,' 'Photos,' 'Posts,' etc., in the privacy settings. Be thorough because each part needs its own setting!
