You can create a PSN ID directly on your PlayStation console. Go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Account Management,' and then 'Create Account.' Follow the prompts and you're done!

Just create it on your PS5 or PS4. Super easy! Go to the settings and follow the screen instructions. Took me like 5 minutes.
