How do I make titanium bars in Terraria?
Just mine a bunch of Titanium Ore and smelt it at a forge. 5 ores = 1 bar. Easy peasy.

IDK why everyone makes a big deal out of it, just mine it and cook it. Forge is your friend, and you need a decent pickaxe. That's all.
To craft Titanium Bars in Terraria, you'll need to first defeat one of the mechanical bosses to make Titanium Ore appear in your world if it's the chosen hardmode ore. Then, mine Titanium Ore with a Mythril or Orichalcum Drill/Pickaxe or better. Once you've got the ore, head to a Forge and smelt it into bars. You'll need 5 ores for each bar. Happy crafting!
