Head to the Plains of Eidolon or Orb Vallis, equip a mining tool, and start looking for blue and red mineral veins. Happy mining!

Orb Vallis has some juicy rare gems. Just get a Sunpoint Plasma Drill from Smokefinger in Fortuna, and start mining in caves!

If you're struggling, just hit the open world areas and spam your mining tool. You'll get them eventually!

Switch to mining in the Cambion Drift on Deimos. It's where I found my first rare gem while avoiding those pesky infested creatures!
