You can move a Sim by building a new home for them first and then using the Sim Tracker to send them to their new crib.
Seriously, just tap on the Sim, choose 'Relocate,' and pick the new house. Follow the breadcrumbs!
Moving a Sim requires you to build a new house and then tap the Sim Tracker and select the 'whistle' icon to call them over to the new location.
Just drag and drop them like a boss. If only real-life moves were this simple, amirite?
