To open the eyeball chests in Hogwarts Legacy, you gotta use the Disillusionment Charm. It makes you invisible, so the chest's eye won't see you coming! Just sneak up to it while under the charm and voila, it's open.

I heard someone say you could just stare it down until it opens. Tried it. Doesn鈥檛 work. Use Disillusionment Charm, trust me.
