Just hop into a Void Fissure mission from your Navigation screen, pick the relic you want to crack open, and gather at least 10 Reactant during the mission. Presto, your relic will be opened by the end!

To open Void Relics in Warframe, you need to participate in Void Fissure missions. Select a Fissure mission from the Navigation menu, choose the Void Relic you want to open, and then complete the mission while collecting Reactant to open the relic. Easy peasy!

Do a Void Fissure mission. Pick a relic. Collect Reactant. Profit. Simple as that.

Been playing for years - just go to Navigation, pick a Void Fissure mission that matches your relic type, and make sure you collect enough Reactant during the mission. You'll get goodies from the relic at the end!
