You can't 'pack up' everything per se, but moving your CAMP lets you redesign and redeploy your setup in a new location. It's a nifty way to explore more of that post-apocalyptic West Virginia without losing your home base vibe. Just beware, the cost in Caps goes up depending on how far you move!
