Easy peasy! Just go to the post you want to pin, click on the three dots (aka the ellipsis) in the top right corner, and select 'Pin to Top of Page'.
Pro tip: You can't pin posts on your personal profile, only on Facebook pages or groups. Just hit that ellipsis and 'Pin to Top'.
