Seriously, just use the Instagram website. Log in, hit the '+' button, and upload your photos or videos. Done and done!
I use the browser's developer tools to switch to the mobile view. Hit F12 or Right-click and select 'Inspect.' Then, choose the mobile device icon at the top and refresh the page. You'll see the '+' button to post!
