Just hit the repeat button twice on the now playing screen. It's the one that looks like a loop. First tap turns it green, second tap adds a little '1'. You're all set!
Open the Spotify app and start playing the song you want to repeat. Tap on the song bar at the bottom to bring up the full player. Then tap the repeat icon (two arrows making a circle) until it shows a '1' in the middle. Voil脿! Your song is now on repeat.
Personal experience here, if you accidentally tap the repeat button once and only the icon goes green, you'll repeat the entire playlist, not the song! So make sure you see the '1' in the middle of the repeat icon.
