How Do I Recover Deleted Instagram Messages?
Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't have an option to recover deleted messages within the app itself. However, you can use Instagram Data Download to see if your messages are archived there. Go to Settings > Security > Download Data and see what you get!

Sadly, once your messages are gone, they're gone for good. Screenshot everything next time!
Been there, done that. I managed to retrieve some info by using Instagram's Data Download feature. It might not bring back everything, but it's worth a shot. Safe messaging!
