You gotta chat with Sony support. Go to the official PlayStation support website, choose 'Refund Request,' and follow the steps. Worked for me last week!

Head to [Sony's refund page](https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/store/ps-store-refund-request-form/), fill out the form, and patiently wait for the refund wizards to do their thing!
