Refunding a Steam game is pretty straightforward! Just go to 'Help' > 'Steam Support' in Steam, find the game you wanna refund, and click on 'I would like a refund'. Make sure you've played the game for less than 2 hours and you're within the 14-day purchase window. They're pretty quick about it, too!
