I did it recently! You just need to go to Settings, find Apps and Websites, then click on the game you want to get rid of and hit Remove. Works like a charm!
Head to your Facebook settings, navigate to Apps and Websites, and you鈥檒l see a list of your active games. Click the game and select Remove.
