Just uninstall it like any other program through Control Panel. Easy peasy!
Open Skype for Business, click the gear icon, select Tools, then Options, and finally Personal. Uncheck 'Automatically start the app when I log on to Windows' before uninstalling it from the Control Panel.
I had it on my computer and just went through the Control Panel to uninstall. Worked like a charm!
