You can renew your PSN license by restoring licenses in your account settings. Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]. Easy peasy!

I had this issue last week. Just head to your PlayStation's settings, go to Account Management, then click Restore Licenses. Problem solved!
