I've repaired my Power Armor dozens of times. Find a Power Armor Station, exit your armor next to it, and interact with the station. Go into the crafting menu, select the damaged parts, and hit 'Repair.' Make sure you've got steel and maybe other materials. Keeps my armor sparkling and ready to battle Deathclaws anytime.
You just need a Power Armor Station and some materials like steel. Stand next to the station, get out of your armor, and use the station. Choose which parts to fix and make sure you have the materials. It's super easy!
Honestly, who even repairs Power Armor? Just find a new set! There's plenty laying around the Commonwealth.
